主要研究领域及方向

高性能电解铜箔关键技术研发

主要涉及极薄高强韧锂电铜箔、多孔铜箔及动力电池应用;超低轮廓(HVLP)铜箔及  5G 基站以及高频高速通讯设备的应用;高性能铜箔生产/后处理设备及关键零部件的研发及应用。

表面功能微纳米复合涂层/膜技术研究

在合金钢、镁合金、铝合金、钛合金等金属及其他非金属基体表面,采用激光熔覆、热喷涂、离子镀、化学气相沉积、转化膜、溶胶凝胶、化学镀、电泳、脉冲电沉积等工艺技术获得功能涂镀层(膜)复合材料。包括镍(Ni-WNi-PNi-BNi-CoNi-W-PNi-P-B等)、钴、铁基(非)晶态复合(梯度)涂层,镁、铝合金表面转化膜,石墨烯、DLC(类金刚石)碳基复合薄膜、CNx等超硬涂层,环氧粉末、液体聚氨酯纳米改性有机防腐涂层,以及高纯石墨表面Al2O3TiB2涂层惰性炭阳极材料等。主要涉及金属表面耐磨减摩、耐腐蚀、耐高温、抗氧化功能微纳米复合涂层的基础及工程应用技术研究。

高性能多尺度碳及陶瓷基复合材料研究

主要涉及CF/TiCN金属陶瓷复合材料强韧化,Al2O3/Ti3SiC2Si3N4/BNCF/SiCSi3N4)仿生层状复合材料,快速高效、低成本制备C/C复合材料工程应用,CF/树脂复合材料,Al2O3SiC多孔分离过滤陶瓷以及金属/无机纳米复合材料等关键技术及应用基础研究。


项目成果可应用于航空航天、军工、新能源电池、5G通讯、冶金、化工、汽车、工程机械复杂形状工模具(刀具模具油气钻探输运管道等行业领域。


近年来承担的科研项目

先后承担参加“耐高温、长寿命、抗氧化、高性能C/C复合材料制备技术“高性能仿生结构Al2O3/Ti3SiC2陶瓷基复合材料的研究“仿生结构陶瓷材料的设计、制备与抗冲击机理研究陶瓷的高效近终成形技术及缺陷控制”、“CF/TiCN金属陶瓷复合材料强韧化技术”、“金属表面功能复合涂层应用基础研究”、“大马力坦克发动机关键重要零部件的研制”、“碳纳米管/聚合物隐身涂层材料研究”、“油气集输管道的腐蚀机理与防腐技术基础研究”以及“电泳-脉冲电沉积Ni-石墨烯纳米复合膜层及其电化学行为”等总装备部航空预研基金、国防预研基金、国家自然科学基金、清华大学骨干人才资助计划国家科技支撑计划兵器工业总公司攻关、陕西省重点研发项目、陕西省科技工业攻关重点项目陕西省教育厅专项科研计划榆林市产学研合作等科研课题


主要教学科研学术成果及奖励

近年来,先后承担主讲本科生材料力学性能》(精品课程)材料科学与工程学科概论科技论文写作》及研究生《材料合成与制备》(精品课程,双语教学先进复合材料学》(精品课程)等课程的教学工作。主持承担各类科研及教学改革研究项目20余项,先后在Materials Science and Engineering ACorrosion ScienceSurface and Coatings TechnologyWearAppl. Phys. AJ. Appl. Phys.J of Rare Earths无机材料学报、稀有金属材料与工程、摩擦学学报、中国有色金属学报、硅酸盐学报、航空学报、人工晶体学报等国内外知名学术期刊发表学术论文100余篇,其中SCIEI收录90余篇,以第一发明人授权国家发明专利7项,申请国家发明专利4项,主编《先进材料合成与制备研究生教材1部(高等教育“十二五”规划教材,化学工业出版社出版)指导的苗春雨、佘晓林、张佩和王渊同学先后获得2013年度(首届)、2014年度、2015年度和2017年度“研究生国家奖学金”奖励及称号,苗春雨和张亚刚硕士论文先后荣获2013年、2022“西安科技大学优秀硕士学位论文”称号,刘豫皖同学荣获“2023年西安科技大学研究生优秀毕业生”称号。科研项目“高性能C/C复合材料制备及应用技术研究”获国防科学技术一等奖(国防科工委)。
