二、教育/工作经历

工学博士,毕业于西北工业大学材料学专业,曾在英国伦敦大学玛丽皇后学院进行公派博士联合培养学习。长期致力于固体电介质和电解质材料研究,先后开展多种体系铁电材料及氧离子导体的精细结构解析、电学行为与固体相变相关性研究。主持国家自然科学青年基金、陕西省自然科学计划基金、重点实验室开放基金、校优秀青年基金、博士创新基金、企业横向课题及校研究生教改项目等十余项。已在国际学术期刊上发表相关SCI论文60余篇,其中第一/通讯作者40余篇,ESI高被引及热点论文8篇,1篇文章入选2025年APL期刊明日之星系列,入选斯坦福大学发布的全球前2%顶尖科学家年度科学影响力榜单,专利转化1项。获中国硅酸盐学会高影响力论文奖及校徐精彩青年教师奖,参与荣获全国煤炭行业教学教育一等奖,Journal of Materiomics期刊青年编委。指导大学生创新创业省级项目多项,所带研究生获国家奖学金5人次,获陕西省第六届研究生创新成果三等奖1项,校优秀硕士论文1人及校优秀硕士毕业生2人。
