常梦洁,女,1987年生,副教授,硕士生导师,兰州大学有机化学博士。2013年到西安科技大学材料学院工作,现任高分子材料与工程系系主任。目前,主持国家自然科学基金青年基金、陕西省自然科学基金等项目,在Small, Chem. Comm., J. Mater. Chem., J. Colloid Interface Sci.等杂志发表SCI论文20余篇。
